Every participant receives a script with a detailed daily description of the course, so that you are fully prepared.

THE CLASSROOM
All logistics are taken care of by us. Oak3 ensures every participant has his own network and two computers :“ one training environment and one exercise environment.

THE COURSEWARE
Oak3 Walk-in Learning uses only vendor certified and endorsed courseware. Every participant receives his material at the start of the training.

TIME & DATE
All trainings start at 9h00 and end around 16h00. The participant is requested to be present 20 minutes before starting time.

REGISTRATION

CANCELLATION
You need to cancel your reservation in writing or online at the latest 48 hours before starting time.
The cancellation costs for an untimely cancellation are at 50% of the training price.
The cancellation costs for non-arriving without cancelation are at 100% of the training price.

GUARANTEES

1. Skills Attainment Guarantee :“ If you feel that you have not gained the skill that the course is meant to teach, you are welcome to come back for up to six months after the last day of the course to gain the skill.
2. Learning retention guarantee :“ If you complete the course to your satisfaction and need to refresh your knowledge in one or more modules, you are welcome to come back for up to six months after the last day of the course to refresh your knowledge.
